(Where are you from/live)?: Well, 'm a junior in high school! I goto Hernando High and I am a straight-A student. I can be very understanding of many things. I personally love the feeling of helping people and making sure everyone has a fair player experience with an unbias response. Do you have any hobbies/interests? If in education, what Grade?-What are you studying? etc.): Well I'm very techy. I could tinker with a computer all day if I could. I love coding and graphic design. When I get out of high school I'm going to a 4-year trade school for IT work. Why would you like to become staff on SystemRP?:  Me, personally, I just enjoy being a part of things where I can help people succeed. Plus It just seems like a really good start to something that I would love to be a part of. What makes you a unique staff member?:   I think I can provide a very hugely and fair unbiased player experience for anyone. I can be extremely understanding as long as they can be too. (as in both parties) If you could change or recommend something about SytemRPs server, what would it be?   Hmmm.. I think we should definitely try to grow it. [b]==========Terminology/Awareness of rules========== [/b]  [b][u]In your own words, describe the following terms: [/u][/b]  [b]RDM [/b](Random Death Match):   Basically RDM means that a player has come and killed you without reason. [b]RDA [/b](Random Arrest):   Basically its RDM but instead of killing someone for no reason it would be an arrest for no reason. Which would break RP standards. [b]FailRP [/b](Fail Roleplay):   FailRP is when a player does something that would normally happen in real life or break a rule. For Example: breaking raid timer would be FailRP. [b]MRDM [/b](Mass Random Death Match):   It's Random Death Match but just killing everyone you see. Just to be toxic to a server of people and ruining the experience. [b]Metagaming[/b]: Using something as another players knowledge for your own benefit. Such as looking in discord to find out where a player is in-game. Which would not be possible in real life.    [u][b]Give a very detailed explanation of the following scenarios:  [/b][/u]  You take a Report on RDM (What do you do?): Pull the reporting team to me and let them tell me the story. Afterwards, would look at logs before pulling the other party to make sure I have something to back it up. Either way, I pull the person who is being reported and let them tell their side of the story. I then proceed to make a decision. If they own up to it and decide to apologize I can ask the reporting party if they would like to let the charge go. If not I warn them for the RDM. You see a civilian class running around shooting everyone:   Instantly grab them. Tell them to stop what they are doing. And as MRDM is intolerable and gives them the punishment that guidelines say to do. You have a base with printers but reports are piling up on your screen:   Go on duty and take as many reports as you can. Even if someone raids you. You encounter a Meth Cook who has a building sign but has entities (Printer/Meth/etc.):   Tell them to either remove their building sign or I have to delete their entities. If they refuse to give them the correct punishment and remove entities. You see a Thief with a building and KOS sign:    Ask them to remove one or the either and if they refuse to remove the KOS sign give them the proper punishment. You see a hobo running around playing music through their microphone: Ask them to stop minging. If they refuse give them proper punishment.

[color=#2ecc71][size=300]Big +1 [/size][/color] Let me make my bias very clear, Ive got experience dealing with Landon as a player (this is how we met) and personally he's one of the best Mods/Admin I've had the pleasure of dealing with and i believe he would make a very positive impact on the current staff roster, This is due to his down to earth personality and unbiased take of situations in and outside of staffing.
